4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of service. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds may be available for services not yet filed with government agencies. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FileFluent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

FileFluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.
